Nicholas The room you booked was a standard BUNK room. I am the Owner of the Business and have questioned all my Staff and no-one had any complaints from you. Had you not been happy with your room you could of come and seen us and we would have been pleased to accommodate you in a different style of room. We have 5 - 6 different configurations of rooms. I am not sure of which description you looked at but pictures show bathroom in between. Again if you actually talk to the Motel during your stay it could of been worked out before you had to leave a negative review. Thank You for your review

I am sorry you found your stay a bad experience. We will endeavour to fix all problems you have mentioned. I do have to mention that the Bedside lamps have USB Ports built into them. Maybe next time you could talk to the Staff in the establishment that you stay in and they may be able to sort out problems you have instead of complaining after your stay. Thank You

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. Parking is available outside all rooms however sometimes in busy season it does get a little crowded. If you had come and let us know we could of helped by moving some of the cars so you could fit in your designated parking space. Sorry for any inconvenience

Hello Nick Thank You for your review. I am so sorry you had problems with your stay this time. We carry spares of all sizes of quilts so if you had come to us we would of swapped over any items you had problems with. All our linen and bedding are cleaned so I am not sure why items smelt. Happy to talk over any problems with you personally. We feel our standard has not changed from last year.

I am so sorry your stay was not a happy one. Please feel free to contact us by phone or email, so we can know which room you were in and check double bed. May I suggest that you approach Staff with your concerns next time as we may of been able to move rooms and make your stay more enjoyable.
