"Property is well maintained. Room was clean and staff was very friendly."

"The breakfast staff were especially sweet and relatable."

"Outdated rooms and building (apparently room remodeling may be underway?). No pool or hot tub available. Please kindly add a microwave to the rooms when possible! Finally, no water fountains and/or water bottle refilling stations were present and phone charging options outside the room were very inadequate and should be included/added to enhance the overall property’s customer experience. Thanks for asking for feedback!!"

"It was clean. Reasonably priced. Air worked well. Good for a night's stay"

"Rooms were sub par. Trash on the floor in the bathroom with Band-Aids laying around. Burn marks on the countertop in the bathroom and the smell of smoke in the hallways making it into the room. Was not a pleasant stay and would not recommend it to anyone no matter what the cost is."

"I accidentally left a piece of jewelry and the staff hasn't found it. Hoping when I call in the morning, it has been turned in."

"My room was on the surface looked clean. However. There was trash in the bathroom floor so I knew it was not cleaned. The front desk said they would have the room cleaned. Again, on the surface it looked straightened up but the trash was still on the floor so it was again not cleaned. The hotel offered me 30,000 points . The points were not added to my account. When I called about it they only authorized 20,000 points. Don’t clean the room nor keep their word. That’s a double wammy in my...

"The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good (variety of options); the waffles were a highlight for my fam. Our room was rather clean, and the bathroom was amply spacious. The pool was a bonus!"

"Another great stay! I’m always happy to come back and consistently appreciate the outstanding service and hospitality. This hotel truly feels like my home away from home whenever I’m in KC for a Current game!"

"Bedbugs. Lots of em."

"I would say the biggest problem was access to the rooms. And then had another problem with the right number, but the door wouldn’t open think. I tried it 17 times then I called and the man on the phone helped me, but the door was difficult that it happened to all the ones in the larger numbers. The bed was great. The pillows were great. The room was great."

"Our host was personable and the hospitality was outstanding. Breakfast was a treat."

"Very new hotel. Location is close to the freeway but not necessarily close to restaurants or shopping if you are walking. Having said that, by car is about 18 minutes to the airport. There is plenty of parking however there is a charge of $16 dollars which honestly is very tacky. No other hotel at this level does this and seems like a cheap money grab. I was driving a dually with a trailer and they do have oversized parking off to the side. But once again, the parking charge is unnecessary."

"We had a wonderful time celebrating our 22 year anniversary. The place was in a great location. We were able to walk downtown and explore."

"Super cute little Inn, the only thing I would like to see changed is the mattress. The one in our room was hard and bouncy."
