"Pet friendly, very clean, nice staff. Hotel in great shape and close to GC Outlet Mall. I would stay there again. Pool and hot tub a bonus that we used every day of our 5 night stay."

"One of our lamps did not work. They said we can see if we can find another one. They never followed through with it. Fridge did not work. There was food left in it and it was dirty. Laundry was broke. There were NO SMOKING signs posted but plenty of smoking going on! It was gross and smelly!!! Staff were not very friendly or helpful"

"When I checked in I was extremely tired and was greeted by the friendly and helpful staff. I believe his name was James. I didn’t have my glasses on, my apologies if it wasn’t. He was there again the next morning on our departure and remembered why were there. Our stay was a short one but if we’re in need and in the area we’ll be back again. Good service is always appreciated and makes a good impression for us!"

"Positive: Reasonably priced. Parking was fine. The window in the back opened. Spectrum or Armstrong cable was fine. They provided single use soap. Dual access to the room; from both inside the motel hallway and an outside door. Staff very pleasant and tried to help with WiFi, but ended up not solving the issue. There was plenty of hot water. The bathroom and room were clean. Not so positive: The WiFi did not reach my room, so I had virtually no internet access. I had to go to the lobby to access...
