Convenient location at reasonable priced with hot breakfast in the morning is a no brainer deal. The staffs were also very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again. Thank you Merced Hotel for doing such a great Job!

Great price, everything worked, our room was clean, bed comfortable, shower was nice and hot. Breakfast had bacon, eggs, sausage, for $100 this is great value for the stay. Staff was friendly and handsome. Would stay again.

Where to start. I feel bad for the staff because this poor review doesn't reflect on them at all. In fact, the elevator was not working, and my wife uses a mobility cart. He got us the last room on the first floor. Thank goodness. But it went downhill from there. There were some questionable people staying there. This woman and man were fighting throughout the night, banging on the door and yelling so loudly that we slept very little. My dog was with us, and she kept barking because of the yelling. The phone in the room was not working, and I was not able to call the front desk. The shower head had very little water pressure. Moldings throughout the room were falling off. The mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. The small chair next to the desk was like sitting on a rock (not exaggerating). I am truly sorry that the pictures and reviews did not match our experience. I wish you all well.

Overall, the room was fine. It's in need of a refresh, especially the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was surprising good, hot foods (bacon, egg bites, potatoes and waffles) as well as bread, cereal, yogurt and juices. The price of the room was very good.

Our air conditioner didn't work, they had to switch to another room. the breakfast was joke, the coffee was left from the day before, they only put out bacon and waffles on the warm foods. Otherwise you were given bagels or cereal. No water pressure in the shower. Holes on the curtains. I will not slay there again.
