"My car broke down in Oakley. Room was good. Location right by walmart and fast food good. Hotel staff passive aggressive and made me feel unwelcome and targeted. Plenty of rooms available and they place a heavy footed individual above me just to annoy me. Poor judgement. Hotel manager took their side and asked me not to come back, as if."
