Decent room with great breakfast

Location was great, but the room wasn’t clean. our room for three people was too small and it needed some renovation Breakfast was good. They had fresh oranges, fresh apples, fresh pears, and fresh orange to be squeezed. Friendly environment.

The hotel Windsor is very nice and centrally located to everything in Mendoza. We really liked the owner Franco and the entire staff, especially Marianela, who’s the biggest asset to the hotel as she’s very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. The other front desk ladies were also awesome. The breakfasts were okay as they didn’t have eggs the last day we were there. A few pastries would have gone well also. Franco, the owner is doing a great job with the restoration and painting of the rooms. We suggested to him that he put a soap dish inside the shower and perhaps a small piece of furniture inside the bathroom to be able to put one’s clothes in the bathroom for changing. A wastebasket in the rooms would also help. Those are inexpensive cosmetic changes that could be put in place soon so that people’s stay would be more amenable and return to the hotel in future visits to Mendoza.

O destaque fica por conta da localização que é excelente e do proprietário do hotel, uma pessoa extremamente educada, simpática e cordial. O ponto negativo é o chuveiro, não sai água quente, as vezes sai um fio de água que para em segundos, impossível tomar um banho decente, lavar o cabelo só se for com água fria. Tinha lido algumas avaliações que falavam sobre o chuveiro e pensei que fosse um fato isolado, mas infelizmente não é!

Razoável. O atendimento, café da manhã, localização, preço e áreas comuns sao excelentes. Mas é muito importante ressaltar que os quartos sao muito pequenos. Os banheiros sao absurdamente apertados e exigem o serviço de limpeza, porque não têm Box, apenas cortina, e sendo muito pequenos ficam completamente encharcados. Fora isso, só havia espelho no banheiro e isso pode ser ruim para mulheres acompanhadas que precisem se maquiar e arrumar o cabelo (uma vez que ele está sempre úmido).

Bem, no Hotel.com este hotel possuo 3 estrelas e esta avaliado em 8,4. Na verdade o Hotel é 1 ou 2 estrelas no máximo, confortável para pernoite e banho. O Hotel é muito antigo e foi parcialmente reformado, mas os quartos sao extremamente pequenos para um casal com 2 malas, a limpeza ainda pode melhorar e o café da manhã alem de ser extremamente simples (torradas, Luna, cafe e suco e 2 frutas, ainda por duas vezes fomos tomar cafe e precisamos pedir para aquecer. O cafe estava frio. Enfim acho que se a classificação for corrigida, atendera a outro . Como passei o dia fora, resolvi permanecer a semana.

Bom para um hostel...

O hotel, em 13/10/2023, está em reforma. Assim, as áreas comuns estão bem bonitinhas, mas os quartos aí da não.. pelo menos, no segundo andar, onde eu me hospedei. Não tem elevador, então, as malas tem que ser carregadas... Não tem protetor de colchão e o lençol é bem, bem fininho... A torneira da banheira fica no meio da ducha... então, tem que tomar banho de lado ou com as pernas abertas... Se vc estiver esperando um hostel, ele é bem bom... Mas para hotel, falta um tanto...
