Very clean, great location, not much staff but very nice & helpful. Lobby could use some decorating & more substantial front desk / check in area. Overall good experience & would recommend!

Big Cypress Lodge
We used valet parking, they were fantastic!! All staff were friendly and polite, it was very busy bc of Christmas travelers.
