"Friendly staff and good facilities"

"The breakfast room has a great variety of food and ample seating. Our room was a "handicap" room. The only issues we had were that the door to the bathroom would not close completely and the removable shower head would not stay in position on the sliding bar. We reported both but were okay with dealing with it until we left. Other than that, our room was very nice. Coffee available in the lobby was handy also as we were on the first floor."

"Always clean, always friendly staff, always a good place to stay. No breakfast, but there's a really good breakfast place around the block..."

"The safe parking was a big bonus and made me feel comfortable during my stay. While the room had an old greasy odor, it was clean and comfortable overall. Due to limited staffing, housekeeping was unable to service the room at the 7-day mark, which was understandable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the complimentary coffee in the lobby was excellent, and I always felt safe on the property. I would definitely stay here again. Oh if you don’t use Netflix or Google your tv choices are a bit...

"I would like to thank Hyatt and especially Randy for making me feel so cared for and welcome! They knew it was my first night away from my babies in three years by myself and when I got there, they had a goodie bag for me and a free drink voucher and I felt so cared for thank you Randy and Hyatt! I would definitely stay again. My room was clean and there are so many great restaurants and shopping right near it."

"Clean room, great breakfast"

"My husband and I both said this was the cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. You can tell they take pride in caring for the place."

"Great"

"Everything was perfect 💪"

"Clean room, good breakfast"

"The property is very nice and offers a coffee shop in the lobby which was convenient. The night desk staff was so nice - she had great restaurant recommendations and was so kind. She brought me a microwave which was nice. It is a very minimalistic hotel. The barn door opening to the room from the bathroom doesn't offer a lot of privacy if that is a concern. Overall, it is very nice."
