"On the positive side, communication was excellent with quick replies via WhatsApp. The bed was very comfortable, the room (Parisian Garette) looked cosy, and the nearby café had friendly staff and nice cakes - pastries cold though. Unfortunately, there were many small issues that negatively affected the stay. The pizzeria, café, and spa are advertised as hotel facilities but are actually separate businesses, which feels misleading. The Wi-Fi was advertised as 25+ Mbps but only reached around...

"Our first trip to Cromer! The weather was horrible which made staying in our room at the Grove even more inviting. We were in room 6 for the night. The room is very tastefully decorated with all old charms on the walls, beautiful large windows with plenty of light. It all felt very Bridgerton like and cosy ! We didn’t have breakfast booked so can’t comment on that but check in was smooth. Plenty of parking, great location near the town. Will definitely return. "
