"Great location. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Spacious and clean room. Bed mattresses were a bit too hard. The shower has only a piece of glass to stop the water from spilling out into the bathroom but it’s very small and water gets all over the floor. Not very safe. Overall a positive experience."

"The front desk reception were very good. Not ideal if you have mobility issues. Breakfast was fine. Room fairly small but perfectly OK if used just as base for sight-seeing. Very convenient for trams. Helpful in organising airport transfer. "

From the main lobby, the lift and the breakfast area.. they are all so well designed and beautiful.. you won’t be disappointed staying here.. go look! The rooms, beds and bathrooms are also perfect for your needs. I should have left all my toiletries as they’re all supplied.. even large luxury robes! Also. A Nice touch is the mini fridge with complimentary water, cold and beer. Staff here are super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast choice is vast and very well laid out. Perfect location for walking out and about. Thanks to all the K+K"
