"We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. "The worst trip ever. The staff was rude and tried to stuff us in a different room than what I prepaid for. I paid for ocean front with a 26 foot pool, they tried to stick us with a garden view. Only after asking for the GM did they switch us to an ocean front room. The service was terrible. They never came to pick up our bags after 2 phone calls, I dragged them to the lobby myself. Don't waste your money on this place. Not even close to worth it."
