"The room was initially extremely dusty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly for a long time. It was also quite dark and poorly maintained. Even the coffee machine and other complimentary facilities were dirty and unhygienic, so we didn’t feel comfortable using the complimentary coffee or other amenities. We had to clean the room ourselves before we could use it.
However, when we raised these concerns with the manager, he was very attentive and took steps to address the issues. He also made...

"Lovely friendly, helpful staff on reception. Good location, easy to walk to the train station and the harbour. Our apartment was of a good size, with a decent kitchenette and dining area. Our only complaint was with the tea towels provided! On arrival the one in the kitchen was not only threadbare, but had the most awful smell of cooking oil. "The location of the hotel is very close to the airport and convenient for morning departures. Surprisingly, we were not able to hear any jets during our stay (which was a pleasant surprise)! Check in was quick, the staff were all very pleasant and our room was clean and well appointed. The down side is that there aren’t many dinner options without Uber help, or the fact n-house restaurant. We did the in-house restaurant which was quite good, but very expensive."
