"I stayed here whilst working away. The place is very clean and modern; everything looks brand new. The other review states the bed was too hard; I found it to be extremely soft. I’m wondering whether one side is harder than the other as it’s basically two single beds made into a king. The owner was friendly and helped show me round.
I will definitely stay again next time I’m working in the area. The only thing I would say is with all the modern appliances in the room, a full-sized...

"I had a warm welcome and my case was taken up to my room. The room was large with king sized bed. All clean, dated, but that suited the age of hotel! There was a small table with kettle and a selection of tea, coffee etc. Large en-suite with large shower.
Lots of choices on breakfast menu and cooked freshly. Parking was easy.
Location was excellent. 5 minutes walk to Lacock Abbey. Lacock is a very small place but very interesting."

"It’s a lovely location, aspects of the property are nice, the free car parking was good and the staff were very helpful and quick to respond to queries. The room was nice in terms of having a sitting area and then a bedroom and on suite. However, the property needs to be updated and the cleaning also needs to be more frequent.
