"Had the most perfect stay in paradise. Everything you want for a relaxed island getaway. Accomodation was perfect, staff very friendly and helpful and excellent meals at the restaurant. We used the kayaks every day and snorkeled at the small reef to the east of the island. All villas appear to have water frontage. Could not recommend more highly if you are after a low key and relaxing escape "

"Let’s start with the not so good Nobody on reception when we arrived at 2:45pm, took 40 minutes to check in when he should have taken 5 minutes No microwave as advertised in Expedia Shower head needed cleaning, tap sink nearby falling off, waste must be blocked as water took ages to clear Kitchen sink not cleaned very well View say Lagoon View, not from unit 25 only a small view of the lagoon, bring chainsaw if you want more of a view. "If you are looking for something different to a standard hotel/resort and adults only, then this is the place for you. The rooms were clean and simple beach huts without wifi or tv - we were on the beach so the view was amazing. Wifi is available in the resort public areas so you could still get your internet/phone fix when needed. The facilities were also simple but well managed and even with only 1 restaurant the food was amazing and quite varied with specials available every day. Happy...

"I would like a refund for the accommodation. The property was not as advertised. There was no operating restaurant. The room was unclean The shutters on the windows broken. Overall very unsatisfactory and not what was represented. I would like my $1200 money returned."

"Food offerings were pretty standard, although the Teppanyaki was awesome. Pool was very good. Boat to the Erakor resort for Lunch/Dinner was very useful. Significant refurbishment from 8am to 5pm was annoying, made it difficult to relax on the verandah - due to drilling/grinding etc. Room was well located next to the lagoon, spacious and functional. Loved our 1st visit to Vanuatu, the close proximity of Erakor and Ramada hotels provided lots of eating/drinking options."
