"The room had horrid smell had to get can air freshner. Would sudgest a deep clean of carpet.breakfast was adequate . Noise banging about from guests coming in late at midnight.shouldnt let dogs in breakfast room."

For a pub/hotel that promotes its food service and quality, a couple of boxes of cereal and a few miniature pastries was not what was expected or advised. "Comfortable night’s stay in a standard family room, apart from the sofa bed which wasn’t comfortable our two grandchildren told us. Breakfast was fine."

"Staff on check in were helpful some of the restaurant staff not so much when asked if we could have more milk pots for tea and a toilet roll for room it was forgotten. On check in car park was full it’s not very big! Hotel also holds wedding receptions so it can get quite noisy up to midnight!"

"The hut was a lot smaller than we thought from the pictures. Our toddler loved it but was very cramped for us two adults. Found a few bugs in the bedding due to window being left open on arrival. The wall was dirty & mattress was badly stained. Looks like it needs a make over. Overall it was ok but not worth the amount paid. I did message on Expedia & Facebook asking for some help getting tickets for dino land but had no response from anyone."
