"We booked the family room, we were very happy! With two teenagers, it’s sometimes hard to find a room suitable. Our room was huge and both children had their own spaces, worked perfectly for us! Also lovely to have dinner and breakfast next door, food was very good! "
"We choose The Boot Inn to stay overnight as we were meeting family for dinner in nearby Mercia Marina, we were warmly greeted and shown to our room which was as described on website, very comfortable and stylishly designed, breakfast was very much to our liking and the options were plentiful should you need. "
"Enjoyable stay in one of the pub's rooms at the back of the property. Nice big room with settee and two chairs, much better than having to sit on the bed. Tea and coffee, fridge and bottled water are nice extra touches provided for when you get back from a day exploring. Shower good, water hot plus soft towels ( much appreciated!) and very quiet location in a small village with a handy village store in walking distance. Great overall stay."
"The staff could not have been more helpful, I had to be admitted to hospital yesterday evening and my partner called the hotel who were so kind and understanding when it transpired that my belongings might need to be set aside.

"We stayed one night with our grandkids in a family room. Staff at check in were great - really helpful and friendly. Kids loved being able to use the pool. Breakfast was very good - fresh and plenty of vegan options. Although the room was a little dated it was clean and the beds were super comfortable. "
"Room was clean and basic with good shower in the bathroom. Relatively small room with dated decor and could do with a refresh. functional and adequate if you just need a bed for the night. Adjoining pub is nice inside with outside terrace and local beer brewed onsight. Quick taxi or 15 minute walk from the centre of Ashby De La Zouch. Really nice engaging staff"
