Hotel closed at 515pm arrival time major problem checking in, I slept in by 10 mins on check out day house keeper banging on day saying hurry up instead of being polite unbelievable would never ever stay here again.

Everything was great! Our only complaint was that the bed was too soft for my husband and myself. The after hours check in was very efficient, and the room was lovely and clean. Fantastic that there is a supermarket only a 3 minute walk away.

No front signage Very hard to find with busy traffic The Sebel sign in the entrance foyer is hard to see from the street in the dark You obviously do not want to be found Doubt we would stay again

Great place to stay with all conveniences

Great place to stay. Everything clean modem and in good condition. There is an associated cafe in the building which is great for breakfast or light lunch but not open for dinner. Other options for a meal within easy walking distance are limited to Indian, Thai and Japanese. Room doors are locked with a physical key rather than electronic but guest get an electronic key to open external doors after reception closes. It also provides access to the lifts. My only (minor) complaint was the lack of operating instructions for microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer and air conditioner (there was information suggesting it should be set to auto but there was no auto setting on the remote.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. We had a lovely room with a view and a balcony, full kitchen and bathroom. No complaints about the room at all. The man on reception was not good. Firstly assumed i was another guest and tried to give their paperwork, says he has tried to contact me via phone all day, yes they had my correct phone number, changes an additional $300 for a bond that was never mentioned anywhere, gives us the incorrect instructions with relation to the carpark leaving us stuck.....he was our only issue.

Good size apartment for a decent price. Welcoming and friendly staff. Walking distance or a short drive to everything you need including woollies, restaurants and train station. I stayed here while attending an event at the Kingston Arts Centre which is a 4 minute walk. I have marked this review down because of the cleanliness.The bathroom/toilet smelled of wee and the kitchen bench had sticky residue.
