HI Germana, So sorry for your bad experience with us, We have a free Wifi code in the book next to the TV and other information. We did notice that the air conditioning sound from the Restaurant is a bit noisy; however, we are required someone to upgrade our system. Hopefully it will be fixed soon as possible. Thank you for taking time to review our Hotel - as mentioned in our conversation over the phone our Hotel policy is that we hold $100 pre-authorisation on a credit card which the bank puts the time-frame of 3-5 working days to clear off. If nothing is used from minibar or any damage to room it releases off automatically. We have had to do this because of smoking in our rooms and also guest leaving without paying for minibar. This is on all websites that we sell our rooms on. We apologise again for any inconvenience this may have caused you and thank you for your understanding.

Hi, thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear you had a bad night's sleep because of the noise from the restaurant downstairs. I wish you would have addressed this with us as we do offer free earplugs at the front desk or could of moved you to another room which could have helped. Hope your stay in Plough Hotel was otherwise enjoyable and hope to see you back some day.
