Modern and convenient
I was visiting my daughter in Melbourne and this place was relatively close to her. There are several local restaurant around, and a tram stop is close by. Overall good place and convenient except that the couch was very uncomfortable.

2 bedroom apartment with city views
The apartment was clean and suitably stocked with fridge, stove and washing machine. It would be good for a long stay or a short stay .There was no reception and we had to be met to be given the key., This was a shambles and not at all professional, whilst we waited in our car for a young man with a back pack. The apartment was very clinical. We loved the views and the little balcony to sit out on. i don't think it was good or safe for children. There were no curtains on the windows so the views were amazing at night, i hope no one could see in? Overall a convenient place to stay with trams a short walk away and close to the botanical gardens..
