"This is a great place to stay for a one-nighter on a long journey. The place is currently undergoing updates, which are not messy (things like new doors). Our room smelled as if it had previously hosted smokers, which wasn’t ideal. The bed was VERY comfortable. Our stay was nice, quiet and dark, great sleep quality. "Great location"

"Parking was good and check in was quick. The place was clean but very dated. We were only there one night."

"Check-in is advertised as anytime after 4pm. I arrived late at night and there was no self-check in and the lobby was closed. I called the emergency line and the directory was unhelpful resulting in no contact with any person. I ended up finding alternative housing that night. I messaged the property June 20th (as of June 26) have had no response. I can't even receive a refund because they won't respond to my bank."

"You get what you pay for just needed a cheap place to crash for the night I wouldn't pay anymore than I did for the room that's for sure It's a definitely dated hotel in need of renovations and new furnishings"

"A nice Hotel - clean rooms and good bathroom. I liked that it was still right in Collingwood but much quieter area than being close to Blue Mountain area, which gets super busy in the summer. There is also a great 1-hour loop walk right across the street almost from the Hotel, which takes you right along the beautiful Georgian Bay inner harbour area."

"Location could be good for bicyclers as it's right on the trail. Good food nearby. While the management let us put our bikes in our room, the rooms are small so it's tight. They skimped on towels and pillows. If it is really just a budget offer than the price should be lower. There's lots that was off-putting and not too much good to say.
