"I was on a two week tour of Morocco and stayed one night at the Urban Hotel in Kenitra while visiting a family friend. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were polite and welcoming throughout the stay. The only disappointing part was the breakfast. "They use heavily scented detergent and shampoo so everything smelled too strongly of perfume. Had to keep the windows closed because kitty litter smell came I through the windows. It was too loud to get a good rest. Motorcycles and people talking outside the thin windows til 2 am. Dar al hajja or dar doura are much better quiet places to stay. The price was cheap and the staff was amazing but the location of this place was not ideal."

"The breakfast was good but ordered highly overpriced brochettes on the terrace. The merguez was fine, but the 'chicken' and other meat were awful, old and dry, and of questionable origin. But, the worst thing is that I sustained a half hour of abuse from another client (drunken man, would not leave me alone) and the male staff did nothing to help me!! Disgusting!!"

"This is a gem of a hotel. Modern features do not detract from its historic splendor. The staff is lovely, food varied and well prepared. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and lovely decor and details - impecably cleaned by lovely friendly staff. The garden and outdoor terrace / restaurant are also lovely."

"This hotel is ideally located near Gare Rabat Ville, walking distance from the Kasbah and tram lines. The room was clean and comfortable. The room we stayed in needs a bit of TLC, especially the bathroom. I took a shower and the floor was wet, from water leaking out of the shower stall. The night staff and to mop up the water. "We had beautiful modern large room, the staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. We had an ample breakfast, they had cookies, water and sodas in the room and a nightly turndown service with chocolate. The neighbor was amazing, restaurants and shops. The hotel restaurant was delicious."
