"Nice stay, I enjoyed the bridge riverview from my room, but when I started wiping everything down it wasnt as clean as it appeared. A lot of dust and dirt on the light switches and surfaces. The restaurant was nice, but my entree wasnt salted (short ribs) and the drink tower (martini flight) came after all the food. It tasted horrible. Also, the parking was $30 and its just a parking lot. They should have it included in your night stay. Im not sure if I would stay again."

"Unfortunately we checked in later in the evening, and went right out to eat. We were initially disappointed in our view of a gigantic metal wall, but easy-going enough to not care. When we arrived back at the hotel it was time to sleep, and that’s when we noticed the heating unit noise. Every hour, on the hour, we were woken to the sound of a freight train clicking on, rattling, and turning off with a scream. We cordially asked to change rooms the next morning, and were told one would be available within two hours. That was when we decided to shower, and found ice cold water as the only option. Our second room was as to be expected (no noise, hot water, and a view of the lobby), which served only as a reminder of how extremely unfortunate it was to have to endure the agony of the first night’s stay. The hotel lobby was lovely and they had a really nice gym on the 4th floor. The only other complaint would be that the ice machine was located on the 3rd floor, and only had ice 1 out of the 2 times we went to fill. "
