"Had a 1-night stay in late June. The overall vibe of the hotel is very modern and artsy, which I loved! Reminded me of smaller art/boutique hotels we have stayed in. The room was quite small - only as wide as the length of the King bed, which was up against the exterior (window) wall, requiring the person on that side of the bed to climb over their partner to get out! This might be annoying for a multi-night stay. Although tiny, the room was efficiently laid out to make the most of the limited...

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this Hyatt Place. I booked a room four months in advance for four adults, specifically reserving a room with two double beds and a pull-out sofa. When we arrived, we were given a room with one king bed and a pull-out sofa, which was not what we reserved. The front desk staff showed little concern and didn’t apologize for the mistake. A supervisor eventually came over and simply said they were sold out of double rooms, so there was nothing they could do....

"The hotel listed the pet fee $100 per stay on website and everywhere, but they charged me $100 per night and refused to refund the overcharges. So disappointed."

"I had to go to the front desk 3 times to get my room. It was not ready at 3:00 and we did not get a room until 4:00 which made us miss our dinner reservations and could not get a reservation any place else. We ended up eating a sub from the grocery store. The next morning at 6:00am, the alarm system went off indicating there "could" be an emergency and prepare to evacuate. We were wide awake after that. So we paid $450 to check in at 4:00pm and check out at 7:00am. Quick math = $30/hr for...
