"My hotel room had trash in it :/ Breakfast was ok. It was messy, I'm sure they were understaffed. Staff was friendly, but probably wouldn't stay here again."

"If you're looking for a good breakfast, you have a waffle machine, Coffee, bread toaster and jelly. They dont put syrup in the machine, meaning it is very low. No healthy items like fruit, oatmeal, yogurt. Most of the people just go out to eat I love that I had a choice to cook my own meal bc of the kitchen in the rooms. I also didnt like that they never wiped off the item people touched. I saw the same waffle dough on the push knob where the syrup comes out of the whole time I was there. "

"There was no breakfast available. There's also no pool or hot tub. It was a great room and stay, especially for the price. It's in a quiet location, as well. It seems like they're making improvements, which is good."

The staff members have huge chips on their shoulders toward guests that stay after events in the adjoined conference center. Worst Hilton experience to date. (It has to be a management/leadership problem - based on negative encounters with every level of staff from check-in to the bartender to housekeeping.)"
