This is a decent property with an amazing concept. They really need to invest in staff that speaks at least a little English and if they do not, please take initiative to translate. The cleaning staff did not clean my room. When the front desk reached out to her, she simply told them no! But the food was good! The late night/overnight staff was amazing (a young man and his counterpart) did an amazing job! They need to work there ALL DAY. They were accommodating, went above and beyond with any and all requests and took initiative to translate when I did not understand. They were courteous, knowledgable and that's why I left them both a nice tip when I left. I would return simply for these two gentlemen's work ethic!

The hotel has a very healthy and spiritual vibe. There is a focus on maintaining and improving oneself and the planet. I found it quite refreshing and would recommend it. The staff was friendly and the included breakfast was delicious and filling.

La limpieza fue muy buena, la habitación extremadamente pequeña y un factor muy importante es que ya teníamos otra habitación pagada para 2 personas y cuando hicimos el check in cobraron adicional por un niño de 7 años como si el hotel se pagara por persona no por habitación! Nunca se pidió una cama extra, no entiendo porque cobrar extra por un niño? Jamás lo había visto! Por lo demás, el desayuno estuve rico, la seguridad del hotel fue buena, la ubicación buena…

La cama es muy dura en todas los cuartos tome 3 y en los 3 son muy duras el desayuno no tiene opciones solo lo que se cocino todos los cuartos pequeños y apagan los aires para ahorrar electricidad todo tiene que ser ecológico no bolsas de basura cama pequeñas hay mejores en Colombia
