We apologize for the noise from outside since it's not something we can control, we also do not have cleaning staff at night, in fact, our security staff tries to keep a calm environment for people to have a good rest, same reason why our bars are closed at night, so there is no party going on upstairs or downstairs. As for the rooftop bar, our prices align with the area we are located in, and within the market. As for non-guests waiting in reception, This may vary depending on the time of visit, although in the daytime our hostel is open for visitors, the door is closed at night at a certain time and only guests would be allowed. Thanks a lot for highlighting our staff and atmosphere as pros in your experience, we apologize our pool was not big enough for you to enjoy and did not have an extra sunbed besides the two you can find due to the space of the rooftop. Just to remind that our bars are open only in the afternoon/night time, and are always closed at 11 PM, so people can sleep, so there is no noise coming from our facilities; the noise from the street it's something we, unfortunately, cannot control. Our value is based on all the activities you can find within our facilities, like cultural, parties, coffee tasting, yoga, Spanish, and salsa lessons for free, based on the words of many of our friends. Hola Arti,Our Rooftop bars, one Tiki, the other with a pool, both with amazing views over the city,are enjoyed thuroughly by many of our guest and friends, we are sorry you didnt find them fit to your expectations. We find it difficult to realise the reason you consider the location a problem, when the best reviews all highlighted. We close the bars at 11:30 pm because we want to ensure a good night rest to all of our friends.
