Hotel is what you expect for the price you pay however they had no hot water for my whole stay and kept telling me lies as to why it was happening. Until my last day the staff came clean and told me the truth about having a big issue with plumbing and expecting a tech next Monday. I think i should be compensated for this shortcoming. I get sick if i have to shower with cold water. The staff is a mix of super nice people and some not so nice.

The staff at this place was above exceptional. They take your security and privacy seriously. They went above and beyond to deliver my personal belongings to the airport on a short notice when circumstances prevented me from going back to the hotel. Can't thank them enough!

The staff at this property was above exceptional. There was a situation that prevented me from returning back to the hotel to retrieve my luggage. The staff went above and beyond to volunteer and deliever my luggage to the airport. Can't Thank her and the staff enough!

The hotel is located in an really nice area. You can find anything you need nearby. From restaurants, shopping center, supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops, little stores and even pharmacy.

Es ist ein gutes Hotel in guter Lage und Umgebung. Der Preis ist günstig. Das Personal war stets höflich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist allerdings sehr einfach. Es ist empfehlenswert, nicht das einfachste Zimmer zu buchen sondern lieber eine bessere Kathegorie.

Very modern and in a centric location. The onsite staff was vary nice however, in more then 1 ocation that I had to go to the check in desk, the staff was having work related(not guest related conversation) I would have until they finished their semi private meetings. In my opinion they should solve my needs and questions and then get on with their business matters Cleaness of the rooms can be worked on,but acceptable

La expectativa de acuerdo con la calificacion historica de la pagina era alta, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, el desayuno es muy basico y el area de restaurante un poco desagradable porque esta prácticamente en la calle, y el area de trabajo virtual es muy oscura y limitada

La limpieza y el servicio buenos, pero fue difícil descansar en la noche porque en las habitaciones que dan al interior hacen demasiado ruido tanto los empleados como los huéspedes que hablan en la sala.

Not recommended
Rooms are so tiny. There's almost no space so I had to put my stuff all over the bed, extremely cramped. The wifi is unbelievable slow, at times you can't even check email or load basic text websites. The room cleaning also left a lot to be desired, when checked in, there was a half-used bar of soap in the shower together with the wrapper, obviously the cleaners were in a hurry and just tidied up a few spots in the room. Would never stay there again.

El personal del hotel muy amable los de recepción increible la atención y los del resturante en la noche, el personal del desayuno la chica muy grosera. El desayuno poco variado, las instalaciones son tal cual las ofrecen en el paquete.

Terrible para descansar
Demasiado ruido!!! tanto del personal de limpieza con el carro desde las 4 de la mañana, la gente hablando a gritos en los pasillos, terrible!! de verdad que no se puede descansar, el desayuno todos los días es lo mismo y la que sirve el desayuno super grosera, de mal genio como si le estuviesen pidiendo la comida regalada
