The staff was wonderful! Very attentive and cordial. The facilities are in need of improvement. For example, if any guest uses the jacuzzi, there will be no hot nor warm water available for any of the rooms. Rooms are OK if all you do is come in to sleep. Basic accommodation. It was all right for the price and location.

As a cost conscious traveler, the hotel was perfect for me. It was was off the Main Street, so it was quiet, affordable, and walking distance to all the activities in El Poblado.

The property keeps changing management, they run out of clean towels and sheets. Need to replace dirty hallway carpets. On the plus side -Staff is very nice and friendly but no one speaks English. Clean lobby and rooms, convenient to stores and restaurants. Nice porch to sit out in front of hotel.

Hotel is pretty good. However first day the shower was just a drop. They fixed it but it wasn’t good pressure you expect from a hotel shower. Breakfast was included but they ran out of ingredients. It was as if they are just getting by. Service and cleaning was good.
