Tatiana was wonderful out of all of the bar/kitchen staff she went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. Menu at night limited ordered two things that they were out of and or told were no longer on the menu. Wound up going to Marzoni’s instead.

Great stay, the beds were comfortable and it was clean. The bar staff were wonderful and accommodating. A little bummed about the pool area being under construction as I booked the hotel just for this amenity.

Overall the stay was pretty good. The facility was clean and the staff was very helpful for the most part. There was an issue with the elevator the entire weekend which was hard because we were traveling with a baby. Our room keys stopped working after night one so we had to go get them rescanned which was a pain. The iron also didn’t work in our room and we never received the replacement we called the front desk for. Luckily we had other family members staying here as well so we were able to borrow theirs.

Our room was very clean and spacious. Our only issue was the mini fridge was very very small and had no freezer for the food we brought. But it is a beautiful hotel, we used the hot tub and the indoor pool, which were great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!
