"The staff was excellent. Breakfast was good, but remained the same for 4 nights. Complimentary wine happy hour was every night from 5-6. Free cookies in the evening. Snacks, and coffee maker 24 hours. Ice machine, and filtered cold water also, so bring your water bottle. Front door is across the street from the performer entrance of Carnegie Hall. You might miss the entrance if you blink though."

"Everything about The Wallace was so easy. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Just around the corner from the Beacon Theatre in a safe, fun area. The lounge has a well-equipped bar with friendly and knowledgeable bartenders. Will definitely stay there again when seeing a show. Thank you for the great hospitality! "

"Das Opera House Hotel ist ein sehr sauberes und gut geführtes Hotel in der Bronx. Ich habe schon häufiger in der Bronx genächtigt. Leider ist dieser Teil der Bronx der am wenigsten schöne, das macht das Hotel aber wieder wett."
