"I loved this place! There's so much stuff that comes with a room! The room itself was good, I got a 1 bedroom unit. It was clean, had dishes and silverware and glasses and a kitchen.
Outdoor basketball court, indoor basketball, squash, pickleball, racquet ball, pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, game room, mini golf ($3 if you're staying at the resort). You can check out fishing rods!
When I'm back in the area I am DEFINITELY staying here!!"
"Oxford Suites has great staff. Warm and friendly, ready with anything you need. Really enjoy the bar and hot meal after a long day driving.
It is well located with easy access to anything in the Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene.
We will stay here again!"
"Before booking at Comfort Suits with Expedia my wife had called them asking about the Pool & Spa. Was told both were open and usable. When we arrived to checked in the person suppose to be at the front counter was rude and sitting at a table on his cell phone. He asked our name, said we were ready to go and pass cards on the front counter. Later went for a walk to check out the spa. Was a sign saying out of order when they just told us the day before it was all usable. When we question the front desk person he told us that's what happen when we use Expedia to book rooms. Things get all screwed up. Next time book direct. Went to use the vending machine for water it wouldn't give you change back. Tried again for another bottle use a credit card. Said transaction complete but no water. Thinking it didn't go through I tried 3 more times. Still no water. Guy at the front said he has nothing do anything with the machine and couldn't help us. Later found out it charged us 4 times for water on card. This morning when leaving, the new person at the decks said he would looking it. I asked him point blank if they didn't like Expedia. Said they didn't because everything changes. This won't ever happen again at Comfort Suits or Expedia"
"Beautiful boutique hotel!
I’ll definitely stay here again!
- There were a few notable things
- there’s no in-room coffee, but there’s community free coffee in the hallway. Note that it truly is just coffee- no tea or hot water for tea.
- There’s ice buckets in the room, but no ice machine - you’ll need to bring your bucket down through the bar to the front desk and ask for ice.
- The rooms are beautiful, understated, modern industrial. There are no full length mirrors though. I’ve stayed in 3 different rooms, and all the mirrors reflect from about my ribcage - up.
- The beds are ridiculously comfortable- the sheets are the softest I’ve ever experienced!
- The air conditioning units seem new, but are clearly problematic. In the 3 different rooms, the units either actively leaked down the wall or there was a stain on the wall from where it had leaked before.
- It’s not exactly quiet. You can definitely hear the activities below the rooms, whether it’s the bar (which closes pretty early, by 10 or 11), or the folks checking in for 8am tee times as this is a popular, active golf course. The window of quiet time is enough to get a full night sleep, but going to bed early or sleeping in isn’t an option if you’re a light sleeper.
- The staff were super helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and cared for.
- Oh, and the coffee shop downstairs has great gluten-free options that aren’t listed on their website."
"Everything was great, especially the staff, but the loud voices of the woman and young child in the next room, along with the constant running back and forth, were so loud and noisy, I finally had to call the front desk at 10pm after 2 hours of trying to relax and sleep. It stopped at 10:15pm but quickly started back up again by 8:30am. It sounded like there was another small child above my room as well who was also constantly running back and forth. No other issues from guests on the other side of me or across. Again, not staff fault. I think it was a combo of disrespectful hotel behavior mixed with thin walls.
There was a huge group of high school athletes also staying on property and they were very kind and respectful. There was a fun gaming area in lobby for them to play pool with a huge connect 4 game."
