"This was the nicest hotel I stayed at during my trip. A restaurant and grocery store right across the street. Staff was spectacular! I had an issue with my reservation (that was my fault) and they were quite gracious in correcting the issue."

"Room was freezing when we got in heat wasn't working in the bathroom at all. Bed had dirty blankets the extra sofa chair was stained and dirty. Bathroom didn't look like it was clean. One positive thing I can say is the staff is very friendly and kind. "

"The staff did not process my card at check in, at 10:30 at night the front desk called and demanded I come down, I told them no, I will come in the morning, keep calling so unplugged phone, they then came knocking on the door and demanded again that I come down. I gave her my DL and CC to bring down and back, I was all ready in bed and not leaving the room for their mistake. "
