"Excellent rooms and friendly staff. My stay was really great. The only hiccup was that I was originally given a room which, when I opened the door, realized was already occupied. This was quickly resolved, but could have been really awkward situation. Still, I would definitely stay here again."
"I’ve never stayed in this hotel there’s no front desk or lobby or any employees. That’s just a key code. It was kind of like staying at a VRBO. There’s an awesome restaurant and bar downstairs. We loved it."
"Besides the great staff, we liked that the proximity to shopping and dining. Easy to navigate around the Lubbock area. The Breakfast area is very spacious and has lots of food to choose from."
