"The room was very clean and the hotel location is in a peaceful forest 15 minutes walk to McLeod Ganj where the Dalai Lama lives and the main square. The food at breakfast was excellent and you can ask for things like bananas that were not on the table. The staff were attentive. Our laundry service was excellent as well."

"A unique gem, hidden away in McLeod Ganj. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Rooms feature world class facilities. Breakfast buffet is excellent and includes expresso drinks. A nice bar with a view. Rooms facing the valley have a nice view, They also have a full spa and gym onsite. Its also very close to the center of the area and is accessed by narrow city streets. Reception is great at arranging taxis to take you to local destinations. If you are...

"The staff were so helpful and really looked after us. Even quickly giving me a seperate room to my friend very late at night, when she was really ill and needed space. The location is also stunning. I would recommend Chonor House. Thanks."

Toilet paper on the room was soaking wet and quite disgusting Linens had blood stains and smelly Locks on the bedroom were very shaky and could be opened with any key. Made us feel very unsafe When asked for recommendations manager was not very helpful and we felt only recommended spots and vendors where he had a previous arrangement with We weren't able to take...
