"The front desk team Specially Max was so humble,nice and very helpful person. Room was clean but i dont like the twin bed size.it was so high. Max was a gem person, always ready to help even gave us a direction to the best spot in a city. Staff even call a taxi early in the morning for airport and packed some snaks for me as well. "My new favourite in Glasgow! Nicely located between the city centre and the ovo hydro which was ideal for our stay. Rooms are beautiful as is the rest of the hotel. The staff at reception, the bar and at breakfast could not have been more helpful and friendly. I only checked out a few hours ago and im looking to book my next stay."
