"Breakfast only good part if the stay….pool out of order, bubblers were out of order, the ice machine on our floor 1st was out of order…laundry soap vending machine was out of order…..also in our room the shower door wouldn’t stay closed and the toilet seat was round when the toilet was oval…property just seemed very poor maintenance and for the price we paid, could use the pool, etc…no accommodation for these problems was even offered…."

"Room and lobby was clean, rustic northwoods decor was a bit dated but charming. Staff was very nice and helpful. Pool, hot tub, restaurant look permanently closed. Hopefully there are plans to reopen at some point in the future, especially as local options for dining are limited. Good value for what we paid for lake view balcony room, only a few other guests at the time we stayed. "

"Workstation with one computer. Computer needed IT, brought the information to the front desk. I was told to use my phone, I have poor vision and needed a larger screen. I needed the computer for medical communications and was very disappointed that I could not follow up with medical providers while traveling.
Technology is great when it's working. A large hotel chain, In My Opinion must have two working computer. "
