The place was always clean.......staff members were sweeping, dusting, & completing other maintenance issues. Even being close to the freeway........no noise or traffic to deal with.......use the stop light on the southside of hotel......super easy...!!! My 1st time @ this location but enjoy the Springhill hotels in other locations. Same quality and service across the US.....thanks.

Best Stay Yet !!!

This stay was great the staff made us fell welcome and were super accommodating. They made us aware of the in going renovations but we honestly never heard any noise whatsoever. I definitely recommend this hotel for your next stay in McAllen.

This hotel has horrible reviews. Honestly this place was clean. Every review I read was NOT true. From the dining area to our room we never had any issues. I’m very particular with hotels and this one was great! I’d definitely stay again.

Everything was great we had a good week. A lot of things to shop and eat around the area. Cleaning staff was not friendly and they didn’t clean the trash cans properly in the room. But overall was great.

8/10 Good

Great facility and staff but I can’t stay again.

The facility was clean and well kept and comfortable. The staff was helpful as well. The only thing I take issue with was the 51% sign on the door. I know it might seem silly but that signage is supposed to be reserved for businesses that derive more than 50% of their business from the sale of alcohol and there is no way in hell that place serves that much alcohol. For those of us who carry, it’s a concern. I won’t stay again where I can’t legally carry.

Quiet, peaceful atmosphere in the room and the common areas. Bed was super comfortable. Everything was clean and orderly. I’ll stay again.
