"The hotel looks very nice and fancy but the bathrooms definitely need some upgrading. The bathtub was filling up while in shower wouldn’t drain water. The toilet was bubbling at 4 am all morning like it was clogged and didn’t let me Sleep."

"At 50 years old and after years of travel, I can honestly say this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The property is dirty, run-down, and offers almost no amenities beyond a standard waffle maker and coffee at breakfast. My room had several hairs on the floor and in shower, the box spring was exposed with no cover, the drywall was cracked, and there was a strange odor throughout the room. The bed was barely more comfortable than a camping pad, making for a very poor night's sleep. The only redeeming quality of this hotel is its location next to the Expo. Since my event was onsite, I could simply walk downstairs to attend without needing an Uber or a long walk. Unfortunately, that convenience is the only positive thing I can say about this property. With that said… since the location is at the expo center parking is a premium. A car however if I did, the parking lot was over, ran from overfill from the expo and very little parking for guest."

"First thing after check in was the fact that after three tries with our room keys not working (front desk) re-doing keys twice, still not working, they gave us a different room. Then out of three elevators, only one was working. The hair dryer in the room did not work. We were put on the third floor. The second night, we came back to hotel and were informed that the one “working “ elevator had not worked all afternoon. The front desk clerk said she was “trying to get to it”. She took out a long stick and went somewhere. I didn’t want to wait and get stuck on it, so we walked up the three flights. We got ready to leave the next morning, and found a sign on the elevator, out of order. Do we had them to carry all luggage down three flights. Will not/can not recommend this hotel . Also, they made us sign out towels for pool, if not signed back in, there would be a $10/towel charge. I’ve never heard of a hotel charging for pool towels"
