"Bathtub was stained.."

"Beautiful hotel!!"

"Good"

"more than expected about room , newer than we thought"

"ห้องสะอาด วิวสวย ทำเล หาอาหารทาน ง่าย สะดวก รถรับส่ง ไป สนามบิน มี กาแฟ น้ำดื่ม ให้กด ที่ lobby ใกล้ ห้างซุปเปอร์ มาเก็ต เดืน ประมาณ 15นาที เป็นแหล่ง ร้าน อาหารจีน เกาหลี "

"Nice place...basic"

"(I am Korean) There are Korean staffs in the reception desk if anyone has a issue with speaking English. I had a Pacific coliseum visiting plan after my check out and unfortunately the venue does not allow backpack in their policy. Those hotel staffs understood my situation and allowed me to keep my backpack in their reception until the night. Hotel price is relatively reasonable unless you book up at the last minute. Room was big enough and clean. They run free shuttle bus that drives Canada...

"Beautiful location. Safe and clean with very quick responses from staff. The room had A/C, kitchen and laundry machines. I would definitely stay here again."

"Just the pool n hot tub was closed"

"Stayed there many times excellent as always!"

"It was okay for a short trip, as we did, but the only concern is that the room that was given to us was not very clean. We wanted to relax for our quick visit to Vancouver after our long day, but we ended up cleaning/ dusting off the bed ourselves. The Bed sheet was not even changed. We can still see hairs of someone else and there were crumbs of dirty on the bed.... Breakfast was great tho!"

"The property is dated. The cupboard/drawer handle are old & difficult to grab to open. Requested an accessible room when reserving but none was available during check-in. Staff were very helpful & friendly."

"The hallways and rooms are getting a little 'tired', but everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were great and the included breakfast was plentiful with decent options. With the regular airport shuttle this was a great option when arriving or departing from YVR."

"👌"

"Super helpful and easy to get ahold of. Awesome stay"
