"Stayed 8 nights , asked staff numerous times to change sheets and clean room ... Not once was the room cleaned or sheets changed 😕 Had to grab our own clean towels also . Pool was out 5 days of our stay and no explanation why ."

There was licorice on the floor, stains on the comforter, and the body wash and shampoo were empty. The elevator sounds like it's on the verge of breaking down. The halls smelled like weed really bad, all the time. Someone in the hotel was playing loud music literally all night. It never stopped. It was still playing when we checked out. Very disappointed.
