Hotel Mayaguez Plaza, BW Signature Collection
All was as all my stays there, room clean, very good A/C, breakfast is perfect, staff very service oriented, parking across the street in the middle of the city, very short distance to the plaza.

It was very clean inside. Paking was accessible. It had essentials, like soap, shampoo, conditioner, clean sheets, clean towels, toilet paper. The mini refrigerator was working amazingly, the room has an air conditioner that kept all the apartment cool.

The apartment was roomy but should be cleaner, mold in the shower, gum stuck under night table, stained and chipped doors. Bad ventilation in kitchen - dinning area... windows didn't have screens so opening let in flies and mosquitoes and cooking made the area smoky cause they have no extractor. ...
