"Air conditioning was a hit and miss , we’d turn it on and would shut off from time to time and even then it felt as thought it didn’t cool. Staff were sweet but elevator was old fashion , shaking when going up / down and pillows were small / lap size pillow and not comfortable. Bathroom towel too rough and tv did not have many Channels. "Shower was not cleaned when I arrived. As well as the tv nor the room phone were working. Instead of putting me in a different room, a work order for maintenance was put in and maintenance showed up late around 10pm when I was already in bed. I originally booked my trim for a week stay and paid over $600 for the week and ended up checking out on the second day and this property declined my refund for the remaining days not used as well as tried to charge me an additional $120 early check out fee. I have never had a bad experience with Marriott hotels except this specific location and will be sure to never return there again for another stay."
