"Bungalow room was fine and very quiet. Bathroom was spacious and well appointed except that there were no hooks to hang clothing, and no flat surfaces to place toiletry bags on. Small details.... Enjoyed the Illy coffee and cookies!"

"A wonderful stay at the Inn at Sonoma in every way. The location is the best: close to the Square and it’s activities, to beautiful wineries, excellent restaurants, the diRosa outdoor museum, easy to get to Napa and Copia/CIA, the re-opened Cornerstone gardens, the Sonoma Garden Park, etc. The Inn and rooms are lovely and spacious, easy parking, with a very helpful staff, and we’d go back just for the incredible breakfasts. This was our 2nd stay and we’ll be back again. "

"On April 24 I attempted to cancel this reservation for May 1 - 3, realizing I was a few hours after the "deadline." I tried to cancel with the hotel but they said I would have to cancel with you. On that day I texted/messaged you on this site and never received a response. I now see I was charged $508.52 on my credit card, presumably for two nights. I want recourse, and mostly first A RESPONSE from you. What are the components of that charge of $508.52. I have used Expedia for many trips and hotel stays for years.
