"I was looking for a bed and a shower on this trip. All other lodging options in Valdez this time of year (August) charge a premium. This place worked out great and since it was only a place to sleep, I didn't need anything fancy. As other guests have noted, there isn't much in the way of soundproofing so you can hear your neighbors quite well. It didn't cause any issues for me though earplugs are recommended if you have sensitivity to sounds. The place is showing its age but is maintained well...
