You’ll be out all of your money after sending all the documents they asked for and still being told “too bad”. I am pregnant and needed immediate medical attention for complications. I explained this to the hotel manager and she requested aI send an email with proof. I did and was still told “No refund even with your circumstances”. I fully understand that I was a day away from check in and the policy is technically that there is no refund, but making me jump through all kinds of hoops in sending personal documentation of pregnancy and then having no kindness or understanding is foul. Shame on this hotel manager, they will show you no mercy on things you cannot control."

"Property is in a very nice and quiet area, short little walk down to the waterfront. Nice pool in the backyard if it was warmer would have enjoyed it but was too early in the season still. Unit is very clean and comfortable for a short stay. Not very central but if you have a car it’s ok. I Would stay here again if visiting Athens. "
