"Fabulous standard. Newly refurbished to high spec. Very friendly staff. Lovely and quiet. I felt perfectly safe, helped by my room being on the upper floor and there being a 24/7 reception. Worth noting the rooms are “motel” style - ie doors to the exterior walkways which for single vulnerable travellers should just be aware of. That said … I intend to make this my go to place for Milton Keynes. Excellent value for money. "

"We stayed at this hotel to visit Silverstone Racing Circuit and to take part in the 2025 Adrian Flux Road Tour. It was a good choice for both. On our arrival, although we had not booked an accessible room, and due to there being no lift, we were reallocated to a ground floor room, as my wife is awaiting a full knee replacement operation. "We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was full of character being a Listed Building and The Manager, Tony, gave us a wonderful guided tour of all 15 the bedrooms and the spa in the cellar (which was beautiful). Dinner was absolutely amazing - plus one of the best Full English breakfasts I've ever tasted. The bed was super-comfortable and the bedroom was huge, spacious and beautifully decorated - no two bedrooms were the same - which added to the charm of the hotel. Lovely lounge and fantastic bar...
