"We were a party of 6 spread into 2 rooms. We were in the tower, which was fine- although not that convenient since we were at the kids pool everyday, which is on the other side of the resort. The housekeeping service was excellent- never disturbed us - always working around when we were out. Rooms were left tidy and clean. Mostly, we spent our days at the kids pool. "The staff is wonderful. We were there for our anniversary and we got complimentary upgrade to executive room, complimentary chocolate dipped strawberry to make it more special. The resort itself is magnificent, the pools are splendid. They have thier own cove which is great to snorkel. We also get to watch the whales from the infinity pool. "
