The robes they provided were amazing—such a small detail that made a big difference. Every single staff member was exceptional, especially the receptionist. We called ahead to let them know we’d be arriving late (around 10pm), and she was so kind and professional. After the call, she even called us back just to make sure we grabbed food...

"The property is gorgeous. Large hotel, beautifully decorated, gorgeous pools especially the kids pool which had slides even fun for adults. They also let you use the pool at the Hyatt vacation club which was perfect for us. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. Really delicious food and the most beautiful scenery with a waterfall, pond and swans. If there was a complaint the only thing is the beach portion was a little short but if you walk next door they have a bigger beach that you can...
