"Best spot for us in Kihei! Walk to beaches, great food nearby, shuttle driver to take us to shopping, further beaches & restaurants. Beach chair rental at hotel. Super friendly staff. I love the pool and pool bar with food. Live music that sets the mood at night. I can't wait to return. Our trip was perfect. "

"Friendly staff, nice pool. Decent rooms.
Restaurant was not good and very overpriced; worst meals of the trip.
Odd that you have to request your room to be cleaned, and 24 hours in advance.
The keys were terrible; deactivated constantly. "

"The staff is always excellent. After multiple stays for work I've noticed that corporate could do better at making all the mattresses equal and fixing the treadmills in the gym."

"Breakfast menu was good but lunch and dinner menu needs an upgrade.
Rooms were clean and with great view of ocean- we even saw the whales from our balcony.
They have shuttle service- which helps to go Whalers.
The beach was almost private! No crowds.
My only recommendation for the hotel would be to have a vending machine for water and drinks

"From the moment we arrived, Maui Banyan exceeded every expectation. The property is immaculate — our unit was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully appointed, and felt like a true home away from home rather than a generic hotel room.
The location in Kihei is unbeatable. You’re steps from the beach, walking distance to great restaurants and shops along South Kihei Road, and perfectly positioned to explore everything South Maui has to offer. We never felt like we needed to drive far for anything.

"I didn't visit the national park. Clean, however property is pretty old, facility is no frills. Shared bathrooms. Check in was seamless."
