"We enjoy are stay but definitely room for improvement the garden furniture definitely needs upgrading and the kitchen table and chairs and the kitchen light keep switching on and off witch was a pain dont understand why kitchen light on a timer witch was pain when your eating and there ware few missing items from kitchen like measure jug and trays but the host did come around to replace them also the beds are very small so me and my wife had to sleep in separate beds so not sure if we world...

"The property is in a good location with a cafe and pub restaurant within a few minutes walk. Also the train station is 5 to 10 minutes walk away. There is allocated parking outside but it was generally taken by others. I found the property a bit lacking in creature comforts. A lamp and table by the bed would be handy but there are some in the upstairs room but I used the middle floor to be near the bathroom. I only stayed two nights so it was fine for me. The actual terrace of cottage’s is a bit...

"Clean and tidy with good facilities, great for a week time work stay"

"I had a very nice three night stay here. Comfortable bed and bathroom, nice breakfast and indeed bar and dinner, helpful and efficient staff and plenty of parking. I will be back for a couple of nights next spring, and will also try other hotels in the chain."

"House was clean and well equipped and was a pleasure to stay"

"Very clean, Tom the barman was very helpful. Not far to town centre."

"I stay here regularly. A real local pub, where regulars seem to meet early evening but it gets quiet later. Very friendly atmosphere. Simple but great value rooms, good shower and comfortable warm rooms. Parking at rear and short walk to town centre. Excellent Italian restaurant ROPPERS just 200m away"

"I've stayed here before - and come back. For me, at 88 years of age and no longer driving, it's better than the nearby 4 star Hotel. It's super convenient for my association with the parish church - Boston Stump, Saint Botolph, an easy walk from and to the railway station. Courteous and prompt telephone response for access to the Key Code access (Key Code is changed after visit). Recommended!"

"Absolutely fantastic, every aspect of the stay was faultless."

"Electric shower is good but can be better"

"The heating wasnt working so we had to call up and turns out, the heating for the whole building was out so at 11pm we had to switch from cattle market to church lane apartment where we finally had heating but we were freezing."

"This property had all that we needed (apart from a cheese grater) and was a lovely, clean place. The noise from the town went on a little late but not ridiculous. The car park near to the house was great and cheap. All in all, we would recommend and would use it again."

"Really clean and well presented, have tried to book again for August but not available for the dates required Will keep an eye for future visits to the area"

"Great location, very clean . 2 nd time we have stayed ."

"A picturesque cottage and garden with very clean, well appointed modern facilities. Breakfast was excellent and the owner was very helpful."
